Yes you can cancel your membership anytime and for any reason, but you will not be refunded for any available membership time left. For example, if you join in March and cancel your web page in October, we are not in a position to refund for the consecutive months,November, December & January as our foreign servers charge us on an annual basis and not on a monthly basis which means that we will not be refunded for months not accumulated due to cancellations.
