Motorcyclist grievously injured in St Julian's collision

A 27-year-old Colombian man residing in San Ġwann sustained grievous injuries early this morning following a collision between his motorcycle and a car in St Julian’s.

The accident took place at approximately 1:45 a.m. on Triq Ġorġ Borġ Olivier.

According to preliminary police investigations, the collision involved a Kymco Skytown 125 motorcycle and a BYD Seal U DMI, which was being driven by a 29-year-old Pakistani man living in Ħal Qormi.

A medical team was dispatched to the scene, and the motorcyclist was transported to Mater Dei Hospital, where he was certified as having suffered grievous injuries.

Police investigations into the accident remain ongoing.
