Motorcyclist suffers grievous injuries after losing control on the road

A 25-year-old motorcyclist from Żabbar has suffered grievous injuries following a traffic accident on Sunday evening.

The police said that at 6pm on Monday, the motorcyclist lost control of his vehicle while driving along Triq il-Perit Dom Mintoff, Paola, resulting in him falling off his vehicle. He was driving a Honda WW125.

The man received medical assistance and was escorted to Mater Dei Hospital by an ambulance. He was later certified to have suffered from grievous injuries following the crash.

Police investigations into the accident are underway.
