Speaker Farrugia pays a courtesy visit to the Secretary of State of the Holy See

The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Anġlu Farrugia, on Saturday paid a courtesy visit to the Secretary of State of the Holy See, Cardinal Pietro Parolin. 

The meeting referred to the established parliamentary friendship framework between the Parliament of Malta and the Holy See, within which reflections were exchanged on ethical responsibility in public life and the human dimension of parliamentary decision-making.

The Apostolic Nuncio to Malta, Archbishop Savio Hon Tai-Fai, was also present for the meeting.

Cardinal Pietro Parolin is in Malta on a two-day visit.
