Man seriously injured after being crushed between truck and bulldozer<\/p>\n
A man was seriously injured after he was crushed between a truck and a bulldozer in Zebbug on Friday morning.<\/p>\n
In a statement, police said that preliminary investigations in Triq Mikielang Sapiano found that a 26-year-old man from Zebbug had gotten caught between a bulldozer and a DAF truck when he was moving them.<\/p>\n
Member of the civil protection department and a medical team assisted the victim out from between the vehicles.<\/p>\n
He was taken to Mater Dei hospital by ambulance, where he was certified as suffering from serious injuries.<\/p>\n
Duty magistrate Donatella Frendo Dimech opened a magisterial inquiry, while police investigations are also ongoing.<\/p>\n
