The BCA also observed that its investigation into this case includes reviewing video footage that was captured over the site.<\/p>\n<p>The BCA stated that it is imposing additional conditions on the site, &#8220;including the mandatory use of specialised machinery and equipment, to ensure that the works are carried out safely and in full compliance with regulatory standards.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Footage shared with <a href=\"https:\/\/timesofmalta.com\/article\/water-flows-onto-sliema-front-carlo-stivala-hotel-development.1129499\">Times of Malta<\/a> shows that before this issue was resolved, large volumes of water flooded parts of The Strand in Sliema as a result of this hotel development site.
