Prime Minister Robert Abela received warm greetings and congratulations by European leaders attending a summit in Montenegro on Friday.<\/p>\n
In a Facebook video posted on the PM’s Facebook page, Abela is seen shaking hands and embracing his counterparts as he arrives for the first meeting.<\/p>\n
The meeting is being held to discuss expanding the bloc to include countries in the region, seen as a key area in countering security and economic threats posed by Russia and China.<\/p>\n
Leaders are overheard asking Abela for advice on how he’s done it as the Prime Minister says that a fourth successive electoral win in Malta Is unprecedented.<\/p>\n
Among those who are seen briefly speaking to the Prime Minister is European Parliament President Roberta Metsola.<\/p>\n
Polish head of government Donald Tusk is also overhead remarking about how Abela always appears in great physical shape.<\/p>\n
