These were found both inside and on the roof of the same apartment block.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the plants, the police seized several sachets of cannabis that were ready in circumstances that indicate that they are intended for trafficking. The three arrested persons are a 43-year-old German, a 37-year-old Ghanaian and another 36-year-old from Sudan.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier this morning, he was brought before Magistrate Dr Jean Paul Grech LL.D the German in the Gozo Court, where he pleaded not guilty to the charges brought against him.
